I just read a report by British scientists the state you can turn off negativity by chewing gum. I don't know if this really works, but it's worth a try. The next time you're having a depressing day, chew gum. The scientists state that the chewing motion interferes with short-term memory and blocks intrusive thoughts. Those negative feelings should be a thing of the past. Let me know if it works for you!
PS. I just stumbled across another report that states chewing gum makes you SMARTER! All the more reason to buy a pack of gum today!
