The Betterment Network Mission
The mission of THE BETTERMENT NETWORK is to connect and support members on their journey to a better life.
The mission statement above reflects the goals of The Betterment Network. When I was first enlightened to the Law of Attraction in The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, I was so excited- I tried to share with family and friends. But no one I knew personally was interested in my profound discovery.
What I wanted was a network of friends that I could lean on and offer support to in attaining a life full of positive energy, gratitude and being connected to source. The Betterment Network was created so like minded people could get together to support one another in our journey.
This blog is the foundation of The Betterment Network but we also have a greater presence on Facebook and Twitter. We truly value comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas. Please join The Betterment Network and let us know how we can support you on a journey to an amazing life. You can also email me at bettermentnetwork@gmail.com
NEW - Also on Facebook, we now have a group that allows for interaction among followers. Post questions, offer tips and share inspiration. Look for The Betterment Network Gratitude Journal
THANK YOU

Good Morning
Good Morning!
OK, maybe it's not morning when you read this, but we've been saying Good Morning to people we meet for generations. When you see someone, it's common to greet that person with a Good Morning, Good Afternoon or Good Evening. My favorite greeting, being from the US, is the twangy greeting of Australia ~ G'day Mate!
Whomever started the tradition of greeting others with an expression of good will toward others must have known The Secret. To wish others a good day helps us have that same good will. But now we use Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Evening as a dispassionate and impersonal greeting. It's easy to remember and is just an automatic, go-to greeting when you must say something to a person we encounter.
The next time you have the opportunity to greet someone, go ahead and wish them a Good Morning, Afternoon or Evening - but think about the true meaning of GOOD. Think of the good will you want for this person, even if it's just a random person on the street. Even if you only speak it in my mind.
The world could use a lot more GOOD thoughts, Good greetings, Good vibes, Good intentions. Make it your intention to wish GOOD to those you encounter. We can never know what is happening in a strangers personal life. But we can all use a dose of good will. So next time you say GOOD DAY to someone, think about what that good represents. Good will is contagious. You will benefit from your intentions for others.
G'day Mate
