The Betterment Network Mission

The mission of THE BETTERMENT NETWORK is to connect and support members on their journey to a better life.

The mission statement above reflects the goals of The Betterment Network. When I was first enlightened to the Law of Attraction in The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, I was so excited- I tried to share with family and friends. But no one I knew personally was interested in my profound discovery.

What I wanted was a network of friends that I could lean on and offer support to in attaining a life full of positive energy, gratitude and being connected to source. The Betterment Network was created so like minded people could get together to support one another in our journey.

This blog is the foundation of The Betterment Network but we also have a greater presence on Facebook and Twitter. We truly value comments, feedback, suggestions and ideas. Please join The Betterment Network and let us know how we can support you on a journey to an amazing life. You can also email me at bettermentnetwork@gmail.com

Dear Readers - PLEASE READ

Hello Readers,

Thank you to everyone who has supported and followed The Betterment Network. I have had this blog for years and posted off and on over those years - sometimes faithfully every day, sometimes with big gaps. I am looking for feedback, ideas and suggestions. There are a lot of great bloggers, websites and podcasts regarding the Law of Attraction and the BN is a small fish in a very big ocean. I'm not trying to compete with the big fish. That has never been my goal. When I created the BN I was just learning about the LOA and was looking for like minded people trying to wrap their heads around this process and might need support in staying positive and focused on their goals. I thought we could connect thru my blog and support one another.

Today I'm at a crossroads and wondering what to do. I love doing this blog but rarely get feedback, likes, or shares and my Facebook page likes or twitter followers is not growing. I'm not trying to put out negative energy but I wonder if anyone truly reads my posts and if it's helping anyone. I started The Betterment Network years ago so like minded people could support one another. I don't feel that has happened. No one interacts or even likes my post and I'm not sure if this blog is helping anyone.

I am not a marketing person, so I readily admit that spreading the word about the BN is not as advanced as it could be. But after several years of very little growth, I need to decide if I should do one of three things.

1) Stop stressing about posting daily and just post when I can. If growth happens, great, if not, so what!

2) Actively market aggressively. (If anyone has any ideas on how to market a blog - please let me know)

3) Pull the plug completely on The Betterment Network.

One thought I did have was to open a group page on Facebook. My FB presence is currently a page format - which doesn't allow for interacting.  Since interacting was my goal originally, would anyone be interested in joining a group on FB where interacting, asking questions, offering support and being with like minded people would be easy?

If you have any thoughts or suggestions, please let me know. You can also email me at bettermentnetwork@gmail.com.

Thank you for reading this,  I appreciate your time. And I am grateful to everyone who has read a BN posting over it's lifetime! THANK YOU

Namaste

Kim
